Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans by IHG

The hotel was pretty decent. It was clean, our room was a nice size and the staff were nice. It was in close proximity to things we wanted to do so that was convenient. We didn’t get a chance to explore the bar or eat anything there but I would return.

This was probably bar far the Easiest , friendliest, and stress free check in I’ve had at a hotel in a long time . I was in town for the world Oddities Expo happening at the convention center. Stevie checked me in and it was the most delightful experience. She gave me FANTASTIC food recommendations, had such a wonderful demeanor, and made the whole check in process smooth. I would stay here again just based off her fantastic service.

From check-in with the front desk to eating in the restaurant, the service makes you feel like you're at home. The rooms are clean and the beds are soooo comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Some prior reviews made me apprehensive. I found the rooms and lobby to be clean. The rooms and bathrooms were up to date. Didn’t use the pool, but it was nice! There is a restaurant and bar that serves breakfast and dinner. It seemed into is not a complimentary and seemed underutilized. The lobby was large and had some spaces for socializing. Roberto at the front desk was very patient and helpful with our large group! There is a cute pool, but we didn’t use it

I stay in many hotels throughout the year and whenever I stay in New Orleans this is my go to hotel! No hotel is perfect, but this hotel is next to it! This time around I just had to write about the service. Kiara is truly the most amazing representation of the IHG brand. She is part of some of the best service I’ve ever received in my life. She is very knowledgeable and takes her career very serious . It was amazing to interact with her. The food was excellent at the restaurant per usual and their newer waitress had excellent service! My room was clean. This hotel always takes care of your needs or concerns. That is the best part of this hotel. The customer service comes first.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely kind, polite, and welcoming. Breakfast was rich in variety and delicious. We stayed for two days and were very satisfied with everything. Many thanks to the management for their professionalism and warm hospitality. Definitely a hotel we would choose again!

Overall this hotel treated us great. The manager (Lance) really helped us out in a time of need. Everyone was friendly and very curtious. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Service in the kitchen was good but they needed more staff for the amount of guests. Location could have been better with traffic but good access to the highway. Biggest gripe I had was a desk associate blaring videos while he was on his phone in the morning while I was trying to enjoy my coffee. Would recommend to anyone going to New Orleans.

Room was nicest I've stayed in, in a while, only complaint was the toilet paper holder was broken. Hallways and elevator definitely need updated but everything else was fantastic.
